That the City Solicitor engage the services of Valerio, Dominello and Hillman LLC, or if that firm is unavailable another suitable available law firm, in consultation with the Personnel Director and as approved by the City Solicitor, to negotiate an employment contract with Yi-An Huang on behalf of the City Council on terms to be discussed by the full City Council at a future Executive Session meeting, with an employment contract to be approved at a future open meeting of the City Council
