ORDERED: That the City Manager work with relative city departments to amend the existing plan to increase the residential parking sticker fee, to include a self-disclosed, check off box for anyone of any age for whom this fee is a hardship, to receive their sticker for free; and be it further ORDERED That the City Manager be and hereby requested to conduct a one-year review on how many apply for the hardship exemption and the impact on City finances. In City Council May 18, 2026.
