Roll calls the minutes do not name

In 2020 and 2021 the clerk kept the council's minutes as a word-for-word transcript and stopped printing the item code beside each vote. These roll calls were read back out of that transcript. Every one of them adds up to the count the clerk said aloud, so the names are the council's own record. Which item each vote belonged to is not established, which is why they sit on the meeting rather than on an item page. We show the split votes and the votes on amendments, because those are the ones no other source keeps.
