That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to work with CDD and Law Department to present 1) strategies for all buildings, not just the largest ones, while continuing to keep equity in mind, and 2) draft BEUDO amendment language, to a meeting of the Health & Environment Committee for review and consideration no later than November 8, 2021, such language to include emissions reductions targets that match or exceed the Commonwealth’s emissions reductions targets
