Asked the City Manager to report on how people with limited mobility can access services on Massachusetts Avenue with the current proposed bike lane plan include in the report the number of fires in the last ten years on that section of Mass. Avenue requiring a ladder truck, in order to determine the feasibility of allowing two-hour parking including some handicapped spots in bus lanes during off-rush hours to ease the burden on those who rely on cars for transportation out of necessity
