Asked the City Manager to report on convening an Alewife Overlay District Zoning Proposal Working Group comprised of all stakeholders (community members, commercial property owners, businesses, developers, city staff and other parties as deemed appropriate) to engage stakeholders and City leaders in a process similar to that employed in developing zoning principals for the Volpe Center that will lead towards drafting new zoning for adoption
